This year, Beyond Borders comes with enhanced awards to support creators

With the belief that film festivals bring films closer to their audiences while supporting their creators in every meaningful way, the 9th Beyond Borders| Kastellorizo International Documentary Festival is pleased to announce significantly increased financial support for its awards, particularly in its Main Competition section. Thus, the Festival continues to grow as a dynamic platform for showcasing and supporting documentary filmmakers, as well as for expressing new voices and perspectives in the documentary field.

This enhancement has been made possible through the vital contribution of various organizations and institutions from both Greece and abroad, who have recognized the Festival’s growing quality and have entrusted it with their support.

PPC, the leading energy company in Southeastern Europe, actively supports the arts and culture by being the strategic partner of Beyond Borders. As an integral part of the country’s social and economic fabric, PPC fosters dialogue with culture and the arts, supporting everyone and everything that leads us to a better future, where culture takes center stage.
