Mrs. Aikaterini Sakellaropoulou,
will honor us with her presence.
The presentations will include
the 25-year Activity Report,
the Sustainability Report of the Organization,
as well as the main findings of the Focus Bari Research
conducted on behalf of “The Smile of the Child”.

H.E. The President of the Hellenic Republic, Ms. Aikaterini Sakellaropoulou, will honor us with her presence, in support of the Organization’s work for the protection of every child and family in our country.
Costas Yannopoulos
“Bidding farewell to 25 years of success – Welcoming 25 years of new initiatives and services”: The President of “The Smile of the Child”, Mr. Costas Yannopoulos, will account for the accomplishments to the young founder of the Organization, the late Andreas Yannopoulos, describing the activities to support children in need or at risk.
Irene Nikolopoulou
Ms. Irene Nikolopoulou, Greek TV journalist and consistent supporter of the initiatives of the Organization, will host the Anniversary Event and present the Sustainability Report of “The Smile of the Child”.
Clelia Haji-ioannou
The precious and devoted supporter of the Organization, Ms. Clelia Haji-ioannou, a lady with unparalleled sensitivity and love for children, will receive the “Andreas Yannopoulos“ award.
Mary Chronopoulou
The legendary and beloved actress, Ms. Mary Chronopoulou, will receive the “Andreas Yannopoulos” award for her timeless contribution to the Organization.
Marilena Chiouseni
Marilena, a child who was raised in one of the Homes of the Organization will share her experience, describing the quality with which a child grows up in the family of “The Smile of the Child”.
Xenia Kourtoglou
The president & CEO of Focus Bari, Ms. Xenia Kourtoglou, will present the results of the nationwide quantitative research conducted on behalf of “The Smile of the Child”, providing an in-depth analysis of the awareness, attitudes and views of Greeks on the accomplishments of the Organization.
Stefanos Alevizos
The Psychologist & Coordinator of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children of the Organization, Mr. Stefanos Alevizos, will refer to the scientific identity of the Organization, which serves the well-being and smile of each and every child in Greece.
John Kalligeros
The President & CEO of Mercedes-Benz Hellas, Mr. John Kalligeros, will share his experience as a lifelong supporter and volunteer in the Homes of the Organization.
Chrysoula Chassapi
The volunteers of the “Search & Rescue Team – Thanassis Makris” of the Organization, Ms. Chrysoula Chassapi and “Muffin”, will highlight the value of voluntary participation in the search and rescue of a child in danger.
Thanos Kalliris & the “Spiros Labrou Children’s Choir”
With great emotion we will sing once again the song “A Smile for Andreas” together with the creator of the song and friend of Andreas, the well-known singer Mr. Thanos Kalliris, and the “Spiros Lambrou Children’s Choir”.
